THE ESP

Technology

The Eye Surface Profiler uses a new, patented technology based on Fourier transform profilometry for measuring the complete anterior eye surface.

The ESP measures sagittal height, which serves as a guide for defining the vault of the lens on the cornea, as well as helping to determine the level of toricity of the sclera for a good fitting haptic. The measured data is directly translated into 3D height maps.

Designed to fit all types of specialty contact lenses: Scleral, OrthoK, GP, Soft and Hybrid
FULL OCULAR SURFACE
It measures the cornea, limbus to limbus, and the sclera up to 20mm diameter.
FAST AND EASY TO USE
Single shot, more than 500,000 data points with no stitching, interpolation or extrapolation.
FEWER REFITS
Integrated algorithms calculate the first lens for more than 50 lenses from 25+ labs
PRECISE
High precision as needed for the different lenses: 2μ in the cornea & 10μ in the sclera.
